Our Story
Portage County Property Management, LLC was founded by two veterans that met while attending College at University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Brandon Taylor and Ryan Moll were having breakfast one morning. They were discussing rental properties. With Taylor and Moll having experience in investment properties as well as property management, they were disappointed at the service that the established property management companies offered. They decided to put their experience, resources and skills together to form a new property management company with a new focus: Landlord Returns on Investment. A few phone calls and zoom meetings later, Portage County Property Management, LLC was formed.
